Respond First Aid

Q: How many people do I need to run a course?

A: Generally speaking groups of at least 4, however 10 + will work out being the most cost effective option.

Q: What First Aid Course do I need?

A: This is often set by an Industry, Employer or Institution - Ask for the HLTAID Number to be certain you are enrolled in the right one!

Q: Are there refresher or online workbooks to fast  track the course?

A: Yes! Refresher courses are often a little shorter, and workbooks can supplement face to face hours to shorten the time spent in a course.

A: This depends on what you are using your qualification for, in most cases a first aid certificate will expire in 3 years, however the CPR component is required to be renewed every 12 months

A: We come to you! Respond First Aid is mobile, we teach our courses in a variety of locations all over the state and are happy to travel to your workplace, club or facility or you can join an exisiting course been run all over Sydney!

Q: Do you have EFTPOS or Electronic banking facilities?

A: Both! We are able to take payment in Cash, Cheque, by card or EFT, we invoice using Xero and payments are generally not due until the day of the course.
